OrangeGlad October 2014 Review/Reveal
OrangeGlad is a monthly subscription box where they send you a sampling of different gourmet treats for different bakeries across the country. You usually receive 4 or 5 different treats and they are all packaged really cute. They really protect their shipments. The treat box is inside of another box with filler and then that is inside a white mailer. They send you an email each month when they are shipping your box out, so that you can make sure that you pick it up or look for it depending on how you receive your mail. I have a Po Box, so I make sure I check it daily to ensure that my box doesn't sit down there and perishes.
This subscription box is actually for my husband so I tend not to open all the packages. They way he can be surprised. He does allow me to take pictures and to open the boxes before he whisks the treats off to be stashed before our 2 yr old knows that Daddy has new snacks.. lol
I really like the care they put in their packaging.
I love the bow.
I love the bow.
Each month they include a card detailing everything they've sent and where it was made. They even tell you how quickly it needs to be enjoyed so that it doesn't go bad.

These are still sitting in the door of my refrigerator. My husband has been weary of trying them for some reason. I told him to just stick it on a smore and go for it.
So overall my husband was really pleased. He said that everything was very "fall tasting" because of the pumpkin, carrot and cinnamon theme. He wasn't crazy about the shortbread cookies. He said they tasted kind of "odd" . I think it was because he's not really a savory cookie kind of person and he didn't care for the fennel flavor.
This is the third shipment that he has received but the first time I was able to get pictures before all the snacks were gone. I'll try to beat him to the post more often so I can continue to do reviews on these boxes.
If you would like to try OrangeGlad out for yourself you can find them by clicking here. This subscription cost a little under $22 a month including shipping. (It's like $21.42)
I will update this later. It seems their subscription page is down at the moment.
